### sec.135S Notice of completion
If an approved provider is satisfied the defendant has completed an approved diversion program or counselling with the approved provider, the approved provider must give the defendant, the registrar of the court and the police commissioner a notice in the approved form (a notice of completion ) stating—
that the defendant has completed the program or counselling; and
the date on which the defendant completed the program or counselling.
The approved provider must give the notice of completion within 14 days after the defendant completes the program or counselling.

(sec.135S-ssec.1) If an approved provider is satisfied the defendant has completed an approved diversion program or counselling with the approved provider, the approved provider must give the defendant, the registrar of the court and the police commissioner a notice in the approved form (a notice of completion ) stating— that the defendant has completed the program or counselling; and the date on which the defendant completed the program or counselling.
(sec.135S-ssec.2) The approved provider must give the notice of completion within 14 days after the defendant completes the program or counselling.
- (a) that the defendant has completed the program or counselling; and
- (b) the date on which the defendant completed the program or counselling.
