### sec.135R Contravention of diversion order
If an approved provider becomes aware that a defendant has contravened a diversion order, the approved provider must give the court and the police commissioner a notice in the approved form stating—
that the defendant has contravened the diversion order; and
the nature of the contravention; and
the date of the contravention.
The approved provider must give the notice within 7 days after the approved provider becomes aware of the contravention.

(sec.135R-ssec.1) If an approved provider becomes aware that a defendant has contravened a diversion order, the approved provider must give the court and the police commissioner a notice in the approved form stating— that the defendant has contravened the diversion order; and the nature of the contravention; and the date of the contravention.
