### sec.34 Registrar to give respondent copies of particular documents The registrar must give to the respondent to an appeal copies of any of the following documents filed with the registrar for the appeal— the notice of appeal; a notice of application for extension of time for filing a notice mentioned in paragraph (a) . - (a) the notice of appeal; - (b) a notice of application for extension of time for filing a notice mentioned in paragraph (a) .
