### sec.33 Starting appeal
A person starts an appeal by filing a notice of appeal with the registrar.
The notice must—
be signed by the person or the person’s lawyer; and
state, briefly and precisely, the grounds of the appeal.
If the notice is not filed in the appeal period, the person must also file with the registrar a notice of application for extension of time for filing the notice.
(sec.33-ssec.1) A person starts an appeal by filing a notice of appeal with the registrar.
