### sec.225 Agents for public trustee If the public trustee controls property under a restraining order, the public trustee may appoint a person as agent of the public trustee for this Act only with the leave of the Supreme Court. The appointment must specify the powers of the public trustee that the agent may perform in relation to property. This section applies despite the Public Trustee Act 1978 .
