### sec.226 Obstruction
A person must not hinder or obstruct the public trustee or an officer of the public trustee in the performance of the public trustee’s functions under a restraining order.
Maximum penalty—25 penalty units or 6 months imprisonment.
In this section—
officer , of the public trustee, means a public service employee whose duties include performing functions for the public trustee under this Act.
