### sec.430 Refusal to comply with requirement to produce stated document or thing for fear of reprisal This section applies if— before the commencement, a person was required to produce a stated document or thing at a commission hearing under an attendance notice or a section 75B requirement; and immediately before the commencement, the person had not complied with the requirement and had not been convicted of an offence against section 185(1).
