### sec.363 Employees
To remove any doubt, it is declared that on the commencement a person who, immediately before the commencement, was an employee of the criminal justice commission or the Queensland crime commission—
becomes an employee of the commission; and
has a right to a salary or wage rate not lower than the person’s salary or wage rate immediately before the commencement.
To remove any doubt, it is declared that for subsection (1)(a)—
a person who, immediately before the commencement was a permanent employee of the criminal justice commission or the Queensland crime commission is taken to be a permanent employee of the commission; and
a person who, immediately before the commencement was a temporary employee of the criminal justice commission or the Queensland crime commission is taken to be a temporary employee of the commission; and
a person who, immediately before the commencement was a casual employee of the criminal justice commission or the Queensland crime commission is taken to be a temporary employee of the commission on a casual basis.
This section does not apply to a contract employee.
(sec.363-ssec.1) To remove any doubt, it is declared that on the commencement a person who, immediately before the commencement, was an employee of the criminal justice commission or the Queensland crime commission— becomes an employee of the commission; and has a right to a salary or wage rate not lower than the person’s salary or wage rate immediately before the commencement.
(sec.363-ssec.2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that for subsection (1)(a)— a person who, immediately before the commencement was a permanent employee of the criminal justice commission or the Queensland crime commission is taken to be a permanent employee of the commission; and a person who, immediately before the commencement was a temporary employee of the criminal justice commission or the Queensland crime commission is taken to be a temporary employee of the commission; and a person who, immediately before the commencement was a casual employee of the criminal justice commission or the Queensland crime commission is taken to be a temporary employee of the commission on a casual basis.
(sec.363-ssec.3) This section does not apply to a contract employee.
- (a) becomes an employee of the commission; and
- (b) has a right to a salary or wage rate not lower than the person’s salary or wage rate immediately before the commencement.
