### sec.310 Terms of parliamentary commissioner’s appointment
Appointment as the parliamentary commissioner is on a part-time basis.
The parliamentary commissioner is to be paid the remuneration and allowances decided by the Speaker.
To the extent that the parliamentary commissioner’s terms and conditions are not provided for by this Act, the parliamentary commissioner holds office on the terms and conditions decided by the Speaker.
(sec.310-ssec.1) Appointment as the parliamentary commissioner is on a part-time basis.
