### sec.258 Superannuation schemes The commission may— establish or amend superannuation schemes; or join in establishing or amending superannuation schemes; or take part in superannuation schemes. Subsection (1) does not apply to commission officers seconded under section 255 or engaged under section 256 . The auditor-general must audit the schemes. Subsection (3) is subject to the Auditor-General Act 2009 . s 258 amd 2009 No. 9 s 136 sch 1 (sec.258-ssec.1) The commission may— establish or amend superannuation schemes; or join in establishing or amending superannuation schemes; or take part in superannuation schemes.
