### sec.205O Procedure if person does not apply to Supreme Court This section applies if— a document or thing sealed under section 205L is the subject of— a decision by a deciding officer under section 205J in relation to which the officer advised the person of their right to apply to the Supreme Court under section 205ZH ; or a decision by a deciding officer under division 3 in relation to which the officer advised the person of their right to apply to the Supreme Court under section 205ZJ ; and the person fails to apply to the Supreme Court under section 205ZH or 205ZJ within the period allowed under the relevant section. The commission may access the sealed document or thing. s 205O ins 2024 No. 41 s 32 (sec.205O-ssec.1) This section applies if— a document or thing sealed under section 205L is the subject of— a decision by a deciding officer under section 205J in relation to which the officer advised the person of their right to apply to the Supreme Court under section 205ZH ; or a decision by a deciding officer under division 3 in relation to which the officer advised the person of their right to apply to the Supreme Court under section 205ZJ ; and the person fails to apply to the Supreme Court under section 205ZH or 205ZJ within the period allowed under the relevant section. (sec.205O-ssec.2) The commission may access the sealed document or thing. - (a) a document or thing sealed under section 205L is the subject of— (i) a decision by a deciding officer under section 205J in relation to which the officer advised the person of their right to apply to the Supreme Court under section 205ZH ; or (ii) a decision by a deciding officer under division 3 in relation to which the officer advised the person of their right to apply to the Supreme Court under section 205ZJ ; and - (i) a decision by a deciding officer under section 205J in relation to which the officer advised the person of their right to apply to the Supreme Court under section 205ZH ; or - (ii) a decision by a deciding officer under division 3 in relation to which the officer advised the person of their right to apply to the Supreme Court under section 205ZJ ; and - (b) the person fails to apply to the Supreme Court under section 205ZH or 205ZJ within the period allowed under the relevant section. - (i) a decision by a deciding officer under section 205J in relation to which the officer advised the person of their right to apply to the Supreme Court under section 205ZH ; or - (ii) a decision by a deciding officer under division 3 in relation to which the officer advised the person of their right to apply to the Supreme Court under section 205ZJ ; and
