### sec.205N Procedure if chairperson does not apply to Supreme Court after deciding officer declines to decide claim
This section applies if—
a document or thing sealed under section 205L is the subject of a decision by a deciding officer to decline to decide a claim under section 205I ; and
the chairperson fails to apply to the Supreme Court under section 205ZK within the period allowed under that section.
The commission must return the sealed document or thing to the person within 7 days after the end of the period mentioned in subsection (1) (b) .

(sec.205N-ssec.1) This section applies if— a document or thing sealed under section 205L is the subject of a decision by a deciding officer to decline to decide a claim under section 205I ; and the chairperson fails to apply to the Supreme Court under section 205ZK within the period allowed under that section.
(sec.205N-ssec.2) The commission must return the sealed document or thing to the person within 7 days after the end of the period mentioned in subsection (1) (b) .
