### sec.152 What covert search warrant must state
A covert search warrant must state the following—
that a stated commission officer, or any commission officer, may, with reasonable help and force, enter the place, covertly or by subterfuge and exercise covert search powers under the warrant;
the major crime for which the warrant was issued;
any evidence or samples of evidence that may be seized under the warrant;
that the warrant may be executed at any time of the day or night;
that, if practicable, the search must be videotaped;
the day and time the warrant starts and when the warrant ends, being not more than 30 days after the warrant starts;
any conditions imposed under section 151 (2) .

- (f) the day and time the warrant starts and when the warrant ends, being not more than 30 days after the warrant starts;
- (g) any conditions imposed under section 151 (2) .
