### sec.151 Issue of covert search warrant
After considering the application, the judge may issue the warrant if satisfied there are reasonable grounds for believing evidence of the commission of the major crime—
is at the place; or
is likely to be taken to the place within the next 72 hours.
The judge may impose any conditions on the warrant that the judge considers are necessary in the public interest.
