### sec.127 Duration and extension of surveillance warrants A surveillance warrant is in force until the earlier of the following— the day stated in the warrant; the day the investigation under the warrant ends. However, despite the investigation ending, the warrant continues in force until the day stated in the warrant if, as a result of using the surveillance device, evidence is gained of other corruption. The warrant may be extended from time to time on application and the provisions of this division for an application for a warrant apply to an application for an extension, with necessary changes.
