### sec.126 Report on use of surveillance devices
This section applies if, because of a condition of a surveillance warrant, a commission officer gives to a judge a report on activities under the warrant.
The judge may, after considering the report, require the destruction of any recording made that is not related to the corruption mentioned in the warrant, unless the recording relates to the investigation by the commission of other corruption.
