### sec.84 Prisoner’s duties while on leave The chief executive must give a prisoner granted leave of absence a copy of the order granting the leave. The prisoner must comply with the conditions stated in the order, unless the prisoner has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —6 months imprisonment. s 84 amd 2020 No. 23 s 13 (sec.84-ssec.1) The chief executive must give a prisoner granted leave of absence a copy of the order granting the leave. (sec.84-ssec.2) The prisoner must comply with the conditions stated in the order, unless the prisoner has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty for subsection (2) —6 months imprisonment.
