### sec.83 Prisoner’s expenses while on leave The chief executive may authorise a prisoner granted leave of absence to be given money or something else the chief executive reasonably considers necessary to meet the prisoner’s requirements while on the leave. The prisoner must return to the chief executive the unused portion of money given to the prisoner.
