### sec.368 Application or approval for private medical examination or treatment
This section applies to the following—
an application made under previous section 16(1) if the application had not been approved or refused before the commencement (the previous application );
an approval given by the chief executive under previous section 16(2) if the examination or treatment the subject of the approval had not happened or been completed before the commencement (the previous approval ).
The previous application is taken to be an application made under section 22(1).
The previous approval is taken to be an approval given under section 22(3) and any conditions that applied under the 2000 Act, or as stated in the previous approval, continue to apply to the previous approval.
(sec.368-ssec.1) This section applies to the following— an application made under previous section 16(1) if the application had not been approved or refused before the commencement (the previous application ); an approval given by the chief executive under previous section 16(2) if the examination or treatment the subject of the approval had not happened or been completed before the commencement (the previous approval ).
(sec.368-ssec.2) The previous application is taken to be an application made under section 22(1).
(sec.368-ssec.3) The previous approval is taken to be an approval given under section 22(3) and any conditions that applied under the 2000 Act, or as stated in the previous approval, continue to apply to the previous approval.
