### sec.367 Authorisation for medical examination or treatment
This section applies to an authorisation given under previous section 15(7) and in force immediately before the commencement (the previous authorisation ) if the medical examination or treatment mentioned in the authorisation has not happened or been completed before the commencement.
The previous authorisation is taken to be an authorisation given under section 21(7) for the medical examination or treatment.
(sec.367-ssec.1) This section applies to an authorisation given under previous section 15(7) and in force immediately before the commencement (the previous authorisation ) if the medical examination or treatment mentioned in the authorisation has not happened or been completed before the commencement.
