### sec.369 Previous notice about lodging notice of intention to marry and approval and decision about marriage
A notice given to the chief executive under previous section 23(1) about lodging a notice of intention to marry is taken to be the notice required under section 26(1) about lodging a notice of intention to marry.
An approval, and any decision of the chief executive about the way a marriage is to be conducted, under previous section 23(2) is taken to be an approval or decision as mentioned in section 26(2).
(sec.369-ssec.1) A notice given to the chief executive under previous section 23(1) about lodging a notice of intention to marry is taken to be the notice required under section 26(1) about lodging a notice of intention to marry.
(sec.369-ssec.2) An approval, and any decision of the chief executive about the way a marriage is to be conducted, under previous section 23(2) is taken to be an approval or decision as mentioned in section 26(2).
