### sec.130 Issue of identity cards
The chief executive must issue an identity card to each authorised person.
The identity card must—
contain a recent photograph of the authorised person; and
be signed by the authorised person; and
identify the person as an authorised person; and
include an expiry date.
Nothing in this section prevents the issue of a single identity card to a person for this Act and other Acts.
(sec.130-ssec.1) The chief executive must issue an identity card to each authorised person.
(sec.130-ssec.2) The identity card must— contain a recent photograph of the authorised person; and be signed by the authorised person; and identify the person as an authorised person; and include an expiry date.
