### sec.129 Powers of authorised persons
An authorised person has the powers given under this or another Act.
Subsection (1) has effect subject to any limitations—
stated in the authorised person’s instrument of appointment; or
prescribed under a regulation; or
stated in a notice given to the authorised person by the chief executive.
Notice under subsection (2) (c) may be given orally, but must be confirmed in writing as soon as practicable.
(sec.129-ssec.1) An authorised person has the powers given under this or another Act.
