### sec.126 Investigative functions of authorised persons An authorised person has the function of conducting investigations and inspections to monitor and enforce compliance with— this Act; and the Planning Act , so far as it relates to assessable development completely or partly within a coastal management district. s 126 ins 2001 No. 93 s 16 amd 2009 No. 36 s 872 sch 2 - (a) this Act; and - (b) the Planning Act , so far as it relates to assessable development completely or partly within a coastal management district.
