### sec.127 Qualifications for appointment A person may be appointed as an authorised person only if— in the chief executive’s opinion, the person has the necessary expertise or experience to be an authorised person; or the person has satisfactorily finished training approved by the chief executive. - (a) in the chief executive’s opinion, the person has the necessary expertise or experience to be an authorised person; or - (b) the person has satisfactorily finished training approved by the chief executive.
