### sec.125 Appointment of authorised persons The chief executive may appoint any of the following persons as authorised persons— officers of the public service; employees of the department; other persons of a class prescribed under a regulation. - (a) officers of the public service; - (b) employees of the department; - (c) other persons of a class prescribed under a regulation.
