### sec.103F Originating process The originating process for a representative proceeding, or a document filed in support of the originating process, must, in addition to any other matters required— describe or otherwise identify the group members to whom the proceeding relates; and state the nature of the claims made and relief sought on behalf of the group members; and state the questions of law or fact common to the claims of the group members.
