### sec.103E Persons under a legal incapacity It is not necessary for a person under a legal incapacity to have a litigation guardian merely in order to be a group member. A group member who is a person under a legal incapacity may only take a step in the representative proceeding or conduct part of the proceeding by the member’s litigation guardian. In this section— person under a legal incapacity has the meaning given by the Supreme Court of Queensland Act 1991 . s 103E ins 2016 No. 59 s 10 (sec.103E-ssec.1) It is not necessary for a person under a legal incapacity to have a litigation guardian merely in order to be a group member.
