### sec.103E Persons under a legal incapacity
It is not necessary for a person under a legal incapacity to have a litigation guardian merely in order to be a group member.
A group member who is a person under a legal incapacity may only take a step in the representative proceeding or conduct part of the proceeding by the member’s litigation guardian.
In this section—
person under a legal incapacity has the meaning given by the Supreme Court of Queensland Act 1991 .

(sec.103E-ssec.1) It is not necessary for a person under a legal incapacity to have a litigation guardian merely in order to be a group member.
(sec.103E-ssec.2) A group member who is a person under a legal incapacity may only take a step in the representative proceeding or conduct part of the proceeding by the member’s litigation guardian.
(sec.103E-ssec.3) In this section— person under a legal incapacity has the meaning given by the Supreme Court of Queensland Act 1991 .
