### sec.103D Whether consent required to be a group member
Subject to subsection (2) , the consent of a person to be a group member is not required.
Each of the following persons is a group member only if the person gives consent in writing to be a group member—
the Commonwealth or a State;
a Minister of the Commonwealth or a State;
a body corporate established for a public purpose by a law of the Commonwealth or a State, other than an incorporated company or association;
an officer of the Commonwealth or a State, in his or her capacity as an officer.

(sec.103D-ssec.1) Subject to subsection (2) , the consent of a person to be a group member is not required.
(sec.103D-ssec.2) Each of the following persons is a group member only if the person gives consent in writing to be a group member— the Commonwealth or a State; a Minister of the Commonwealth or a State; a body corporate established for a public purpose by a law of the Commonwealth or a State, other than an incorporated company or association; an officer of the Commonwealth or a State, in his or her capacity as an officer.
