sec.274Existing inside information

### sec.274 Existing inside information This section applies to information about any of the following ( existing inside information ) that, immediately before the commencement, was inside information, in relation to the council, for former section 173A— the exercise of a power under the repealed Planning Act by the council, a councillor or a council employee; a decision, or proposed decision, under the repealed Planning Act of the council or any of its committees; the exercise of a power under the repealed Planning Act by the State, a Minister, a statutory body or an employee of the State or statutory body, that affects the council, any of its corporate entities or land or infrastructure within Brisbane; any legal or financial advice about the repealed Planning Act created for the council, any of its committees or any of its corporate entities.
