### sec.273 Existing remedial notice This section applies to a remedial notice— given under former section 127A; and requiring the owner or occupier of a property to take action under the repealed Planning Act. The remedial notice continues to have effect as if the amending Act had not been enacted and the repealed Planning Act had not been repealed. s 273 ins 2016 No. 27 s 131 (sec.273-ssec.1) This section applies to a remedial notice— given under former section 127A; and requiring the owner or occupier of a property to take action under the repealed Planning Act. (sec.273-ssec.2) The remedial notice continues to have effect as if the amending Act had not been enacted and the repealed Planning Act had not been repealed. - (a) given under former section 127A; and - (b) requiring the owner or occupier of a property to take action under the repealed Planning Act.
