### sec.231 Evidentiary value of copies This section applies to a copy of a document that— purports to be made under the authority of the council or mayor; and purports to be verified by the mayor or an employee who is authorised by the council. The copy of the document is evidence in any proceedings as if the copy were the original of the document.
