### sec.221 Local government related laws requiring a statement of a law A provision of a local government related law, that requires a document to contain a statement of a relevant provision of law, is taken to be complied with if the document states that particulars of the relevant provision may be— obtained, free of charge, on application to the council; or viewed at an identified website. - (a) obtained, free of charge, on application to the council; or - (b) viewed at an identified website.
