### sec.99I Power of tribunal to stay operation of decision limited in particular circumstances
This section applies if the tribunal is constituted by less than 3 members for a compulsory conference.
The tribunal may, under the QCAT Act , section 22 (3) , only make an order staying the operation of a reviewable decision if the relevant decision-maker for the reviewable decision does not oppose the staying of the decision’s operation.

(sec.99I-ssec.1) This section applies if the tribunal is constituted by less than 3 members for a compulsory conference.
