### sec.50 Variation and revocation of court assessment orders
An authorised officer may apply to the Childrens Court for an order to vary or revoke a court assessment order.
This part applies, with all necessary changes, to the application as if it were an application for a court assessment order.
Without limiting the things to which the court may have regard in deciding the application, the court may have regard to a contravention of the court assessment order or this Act.
(sec.50-ssec.1) An authorised officer may apply to the Childrens Court for an order to vary or revoke a court assessment order.
