### sec.211 Limited time for applying for judicial review
Despite the Judicial Review Act 1991 , sections 26 and 46 , a person may only make a judicial review application in relation to the decision to transfer the order within 28 days after the decision day.
The Supreme Court may not extend the time stated in this section for making the application.
The application is taken not to have been made until notice of the application is given to the chief executive.
The application stays the operation of the chief executive’s decision.
