### sec.210 Notice of decision If the chief executive decides to transfer the order, the chief executive must give a written notice of the decision and a copy of the proposed interstate order to each of the following persons— the child; each person whose consent to the transfer is required; anyone else who the chief executive considers ought to be notified of the decision. The notice must be given within 3 business days after the day the decision is made (the decision day ).
