### sec.189E Disclosure or use of documents or information disclosed in a proceeding
This section applies to a document, or information contained in a document, disclosed by the litigation director under section 189C to a party to a proceeding.
A person must not, directly or indirectly, disclose or make use of the document or information other than for a purpose connected with the proceeding.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment.
