### sec.189D Consequences of non-disclosure
Failure to comply with section 189C in a proceeding does not affect the validity of the proceeding.
If the litigation director does not disclose a document under section 189C , the litigation director must not tender the document, or adduce evidence comprising information contained in the document, in the proceeding without the court’s leave.
