### sec.189D Consequences of non-disclosure Failure to comply with section 189C in a proceeding does not affect the validity of the proceeding. If the litigation director does not disclose a document under section 189C , the litigation director must not tender the document, or adduce evidence comprising information contained in the document, in the proceeding without the court’s leave. s 189D ins 2016 No. 24 s 31 (sec.189D-ssec.1) Failure to comply with section 189C in a proceeding does not affect the validity of the proceeding.
