### sec.148C Application to licensed care service This section applies for the application of the Working with Children Check Act 2000 . If a corporation carries on the business of a licensed care service, each of the following persons is taken to be also carrying on the business— the nominee for the licence; the directors of the licensee. s 148C ins 2006 No. 17 s 12 amd 2014 No. 28 s 20 ; 2024 No. 49 s 130 (2) sch 4 pt 2 (sec.148C-ssec.1) This section applies for the application of the Working with Children Check Act 2000 .
