### sec.140AD Notice of suspension
If a person’s authority is suspended under this subdivision, the chief executive must immediately give written notice of the suspension to the person.
The notice must state—
that the authority is suspended under section 140AC ; and
the reason for the suspension.
The suspension of the person’s authority takes effect on the day the notice is given to the person.

(sec.140AD-ssec.1) If a person’s authority is suspended under this subdivision, the chief executive must immediately give written notice of the suspension to the person.
(sec.140AD-ssec.2) The notice must state— that the authority is suspended under section 140AC ; and the reason for the suspension.
(sec.140AD-ssec.3) The suspension of the person’s authority takes effect on the day the notice is given to the person.
- (a) that the authority is suspended under section 140AC ; and
- (b) the reason for the suspension.
