### sec.118 How to start appeal
The appeal is started by filing a written notice of appeal with the registrar of the appellate court.
The appellant must serve a copy of the notice on the other persons entitled to appeal against the decision.
The notice of appeal must be filed within 28 days after the decision is made.
The court may at any time extend the period for filing the notice of appeal.
The notice of appeal must state fully the grounds of the appeal and the facts relied on.
