### sec.117 Who may appeal
The following persons may appeal to the appellate court against a decision on an application for a temporary assessment order or a temporary custody order for a child—
the applicant;
the child;
the child’s parents.
A party to the proceeding for an application for a court assessment order or child protection order for a child may appeal to the appellate court against a decision on the application.

(sec.117-ssec.1) The following persons may appeal to the appellate court against a decision on an application for a temporary assessment order or a temporary custody order for a child— the applicant; the child; the child’s parents.
(sec.117-ssec.2) A party to the proceeding for an application for a court assessment order or child protection order for a child may appeal to the appellate court against a decision on the application.
- (a) the applicant;
- (b) the child;
- (c) the child’s parents.
