### sec.39D Recording change of conditions
The holder of a casino key employee licence or a casino employee licence must return the licence to the chief executive within 7 days after receiving an information notice under section 39C (2) (a) , unless the holder has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
On receiving the licence, the chief executive must—
amend the licence to include the changed conditions and return it to the holder; or
give the holder a replacement licence showing the changed conditions.
The amendment of the licence does not depend on it being amended or replaced under this section.
