### sec.39C Changing conditions of licence
The chief executive may decide to change the conditions of a casino key employee licence or a casino employee licence if the chief executive considers it is necessary or desirable to make the change in the public interest or for the proper operation of a casino.
If the chief executive decides to change the conditions, the chief executive must immediately—
give the holder of the licence—
written notice of the changed conditions; and
an information notice for the decision; and
if the chief executive believes the holder is an employee of a casino operator—give a copy of the information notice to the casino operator.
A change of conditions takes effect on—
the day the information notice is given to the holder; or
if a later day is stated in the notice—the later day.
The power of the chief executive to change the conditions of a casino key employee licence or a casino employee licence includes the power to add conditions to the licence.

(sec.39C-ssec.1) The chief executive may decide to change the conditions of a casino key employee licence or a casino employee licence if the chief executive considers it is necessary or desirable to make the change in the public interest or for the proper operation of a casino.
(sec.39C-ssec.2) If the chief executive decides to change the conditions, the chief executive must immediately— give the holder of the licence— written notice of the changed conditions; and an information notice for the decision; and if the chief executive believes the holder is an employee of a casino operator—give a copy of the information notice to the casino operator.

- (a) give the holder of the licence— (i) written notice of the changed conditions; and (ii) an information notice for the decision; and
- (i) written notice of the changed conditions; and
- (ii) an information notice for the decision; and
- (b) if the chief executive believes the holder is an employee of a casino operator—give a copy of the information notice to the casino operator.
