### sec.39 Conditions of licence
The chief executive may issue a casino key employee licence or a casino employee licence on conditions the chief executive considers necessary or desirable in the public interest or for the proper operation of a casino.
If the chief executive decides to issue a casino key employee licence or a casino employee licence on conditions the chief executive must immediately—
give the applicant an information notice for the decision; and
give a copy of the notice to the relevant casino operator.

(sec.39-ssec.1) The chief executive may issue a casino key employee licence or a casino employee licence on conditions the chief executive considers necessary or desirable in the public interest or for the proper operation of a casino.
(sec.39-ssec.2) If the chief executive decides to issue a casino key employee licence or a casino employee licence on conditions the chief executive must immediately— give the applicant an information notice for the decision; and give a copy of the notice to the relevant casino operator.
