### sec.38 Decision on application
The chief executive must, after considering an application under this part, either grant or refuse to grant the application.
If the chief executive decides to grant the application, the chief executive must immediately—
issue the casino key employee licence or casino employee licence to the applicant; and
give written notice of its issue to the relevant casino operator.
If the chief executive decides to refuse to grant the application, the chief executive must immediately—
give an information notice for the decision to the applicant; and
give written notice of the decision to the relevant casino operator.

(sec.38-ssec.1) The chief executive must, after considering an application under this part, either grant or refuse to grant the application.
