### sec.110A Offence about keeping particular benefit This section applies to a person who knows he or she has obtained a benefit— by playing a game in a casino in contravention of the rules of the game; or because of an error or oversight in the conduct of a game. The person must not dishonestly keep the benefit. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units. Subsection (2) applies even if the benefit was originally obtained by the person without any dishonest intent.
