### sec.110 Forgery and like offences A person who— forges or counterfeits any chip purchase voucher, licence, identification card or other form of identification authorised to be issued under this Act; or knowingly utters any such chip purchase voucher, licence, identification card or other form of identification so forged or counterfeited; or personates any person named in any such licence, identification card or other form of identification; or falsely represents himself or herself to be an inspector, or an officer of the department involved with the administration of this Act; or connives at any such forging, counterfeiting, uttering, personating or representing as aforesaid; or knowingly makes a false statement in any application made under this Act; is guilty of an offence. Maximum penalty—400 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment. s 110 amd 3 June 1993 RA s 39; 1995 No. 6 s 2 sch ; 2003 No. 26 s 18 sch ; 2024 No. 10 s 80 - (a) forges or counterfeits any chip purchase voucher, licence, identification card or other form of identification authorised to be issued under this Act; or - (b) knowingly utters any such chip purchase voucher, licence, identification card or other form of identification so forged or counterfeited; or - (c) personates any person named in any such licence, identification card or other form of identification; or - (d) falsely represents himself or herself to be an inspector, or an officer of the department involved with the administration of this Act; or - (e) connives at any such forging, counterfeiting, uttering, personating or representing as aforesaid; or - (f) knowingly makes a false statement in any application made under this Act;
