### sec.92 Consequences of not paying adjudicated amount If the respondent fails to pay the whole or any part of the adjudicated amount to the claimant as required under section 90 , the claimant may give the respondent written notice of the claimant’s intention to suspend carrying out construction work, or supplying related goods and services, under the construction contract under section 98 . The notice about suspending work must state that it is made under this Act.
